DC06 Steel Coil features extremely high surface precision, suitable for high-end appearance processing. Its surface grade is FC (fine surface), and a higher precision surface can be customized as required. The surface roughness Ra is ≤0.4–1.0 μm, with no scale, no scratches, no pitting and no slip lines. The thickness tolerance is ±0.015 mm, ensuring batch uniformity without thickness difference, and the plate shape wave height is ≤5I. The phosphating film has excellent adhesion, which is suitable for high-end electrostatic spraying, powder spraying, electroplating, aluminum-zinc coating/galvanizing processes. The delivery state is soft state (annealed), which can be directly deep drawn after unpacking without additional softening treatment.
