Its high r-value (up to 1.9) ensures excellent deep-drawability and uniform thickness distribution, making it the ideal choice for manufacturing intricate components without the risk of cracking or surface defects.
Available in a thickness range of 0.3mm to 2.0mm and widths up to 1500mm, Nature Steel’s DC05 Steel Coils feature a high-precision thickness tolerance of ±0.02mm and premium FC/FB surface finishes. These coils are delivered with professional anti-rust oiling or protective filming, ensuring a 6-month corrosion-free shelf life. 3. Comprehensive Testing System for Full Quality Control: A professional testing laboratory is established, implementing full-process testing from raw materials to finished products. Through spectral analysis, tensile testing, and other methods, chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface and dimensional accuracy are precisely controlled, preventing unqualified products from leaving the factory.
Each batch is equipped with an MTC material certificate and test report, with traceable parameters. Third-party testing is supported, making procurement more worry-free.
