Its naming convention is clear: "ST" is an abbreviation for the German word "Stahl" (steel), and "37" represents its minimum tensile strength grade of 370 N/mm². It belongs to the core product series of low-carbon hot-rolled steel, conforming to European standard S235JR, American standard ASTM A36, and Chinese standard Q235, offering stable performance and wide applications. The product uses high-quality low-carbon steel billets as raw material, processed through high-temperature heating, hot rolling, and laminar flow cooling. The surface has a characteristic bluish-gray oxide scale (black scale) of hot-rolled steel. Pickling and oiling treatments are also available. With a carbon content ≤0.17%, it possesses good toughness, weldability, and cold bending performance. Chemical Composition Testing: Utilizing a high-precision spectrometer, the content of elements such as C, Mn, P, and S is accurately measured, strictly adhering to DIN 17100 standards to ensure a low carbon ratio, guaranteeing weldability and toughness, and eliminating excessive impurities.

Mechanical Property Testing: Focusing on yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation after fracture, ensuring compliance with basic manufacturing and structural load-bearing requirements. Cold bending and welding tests are also conducted to verify processing performance and eliminate unqualified mechanical properties.

Surface Quality Testing: Dual inspection using both manual and high-precision machine methods to check for defects such as oxide scale peeling, cracks, and pitting, ensuring that different surface specifications, such as black skin and pickled surfaces, meet requirements and are suitable for subsequent processing needs.

Dimensional accuracy inspection: Using precision thickness gauges and laser rangefinders, we accurately control the thickness and width tolerances (tolerance ±1%) to ensure that the specifications of the stock are consistent with the customer's requirements, reduce processing errors, and adapt to processing processes such as cutting and welding.
