The number "14" after ST indicates its extra-deep-drawing grade, which is higher than ST11 (ordinary grade), ST12 (ordinary grade), and ST13 (deep-drawing grade). It is equivalent to grades such as SPCE and DC03 and can be compared with EN10130 DC03, JIS SPCE, ASTM A1008 DS, and Baosteel's Q/BQB 403 DC03.
