This unit is used to slit coiled steel strip into sections of a certain width, which are then wound into coils under a specific tension. The unit employs a DC motor speed control system, PLC, and hydraulic control. The maximum operating speed is 220 m/min. It handles thicknesses of 0.2-1.5mm and widths of 900-1350mm. Edge trimming accuracy is ±0.03 mm, and burrs are <0.03 mm.
For raw materials with thicknesses of 0.15-1.8mm and widths of 700-1300mm, the unit has a maximum speed of 300 m/min. It is used for electrolytic degreasing cleaning of steel strips to remove the oil film from the strip surface, resulting in high-quality cold-rolled strip.
Equipped with 22 sets of 75-ton bright annealing furnaces with 100% hydrogen. With an annual annealing capacity of 400,000 tons, the unit employs a German Siemens PLC control system, enabling independent process control for each furnace, centralized management, and single-unit operation, monitoring, and control. It boasts world-class performance in temperature control, improvement of steel plate mechanical properties, and surface quality enhancement.
Equipped with one 1450mm skin pass mill. Utilizing advanced thyristor power supply, a fully digital DC drive system, and PLC control, the unit hydraulically presses down HGC (Hydraulic Gap Control), achieving a flatness of 0.5mm/m and an elongation of max × 10%. Leveling improves the mechanical properties and shape of the strip, eliminates yield plateaus, and adjusts the surface roughness of the strip, resulting in high-quality steel plates.
Fully digital DC drive system, PLC control, hydraulic pressing, unit speed 240m/min, incoming material specifications 0.2-0.8*700-1350mm. Through stretch bending straightening, thin plates undergo simultaneous longitudinal and transverse deformation, further improving the flatness and material properties of the thin plates, thereby obtaining higher quality steel plates.
