The B180P2 cold rolled steel coil for car body stamping can be directly processed by shearing, bending, deep drawing, stretching, welding, painting, etc., without additional pretreatment. When stamping, it is recommended to use automotive stamping oil to adjust the die clearance and stamping speed to avoid defects such as cracks, wrinkles, and springback, and to adapt to the complex stamping forming of car bodies. When welding, select conventional automotive body welding methods, control the welding current and voltage, and ensure that the strength of the welded joint is compatible with the overall car body.
The B180P2 cold rolled steel coil for car body stamping uses high-end protective packaging specifically designed for automotive steel. The inner layer is wrapped with a high-toughness moisture-proof film, and the outer layer is secured with waterproof kraft paper and thickened galvanized iron sheet. Both ends are sealed with high-strength protective plates, and an additional scratch-resistant layer is added to prevent scratches, deformation, and moisture damage during transportation, ensuring the product surface remains intact.
